This Pet Transportation Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Doggie Transit and the undersigned ("Owner"). By signing this Agreement, Owner agrees to release Doggie Transit from any and all liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with Pet Transportation Services provided by Doggie Transit. The Owner agrees to assume all risks associated with the transportation of the pet. The Owner further agrees to indemnify and hold Doggie Transit harmless from any and all claims, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the transportation of pet by Doggie Transit.
